ingredients
- One quarter of the original roast chicken
- Vegetables (many vegetables can be added to taste)
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- A spoonful of salt
- A spoonful of sunflower seeds
- One spoonful of flaxseed

- Shred the roast chicken
- Serve the grilled chicken and vegetables on a plate
- Dice the tomatoes and shred the Onions, also on the plate
- Add olive oil and salt
