In this article, I’m going to share a reduction-fat salad that is easy to make and can be made without gas, which is very energy efficient. My stomach feels very comfortable after eating it, and the effect of reducing fat is obvious.

The preparation of salad ingredients is very flexible. In my salad, I prepared the following ingredients:

Vegetables
- Lettuce
- arugula
- valerian
- shredded carrots
- small tomatoes *4
- lime *4slices
- avocado*half slice

Salad dressing
- PInch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- juice of half a lime

Protein
- Shelled cooked shrimp
- salmone (in my video I’ve cooked, but if you want to eat it raw, that’s fine, as long as the salmon is completely fresh)

Preparation process :
1. Place all the salad dishes in a large bowl (choose your favorite, or easily purchased salad dishes, because vegetables are low in calories, you can use more)
2. Prepare the salad dressing. Whisk together the oil, lemon, salt, pepper and honey in a cup (the dressing is the essence and base of the whole salad).
3. Prepare protein: cooked shrimp, salmon (raw or cooked according to personal taste)
